Training with Brandi is not your typical “personal trainer” experience. You will be challenged while building a strong foundation where you will safely progress as you get stronger and adapt to new movement patterns.
Brandi will help you to not only achieve the results you’re looking for but to maximize your results and maintain them. This will mean different things for different people, but whether you want tone muscle, lose weight, increase strength, or simply re-align your emotional and physical self, Brandi can help you realize your fitness goals.
Brandi is known for her attention to detail — achieving the “perfect” form by using a mixed approach of her extensive classical dance, fitness, and corrective exercise background. All while making sure you have the mobility, flexibility, and strength to safely perform movements while recruiting flawless muscle mass and correct movement patterns.
