About Me

My Story

Hi, I’m Brandi White. My journey in fitness started long before certifications and titles—it began with my love of movement and expression through dance. That passion grew into a lifelong career helping people move, feel, and live better. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worn many hats: dance instructor, sports nutrition business owner, and now, a mobility and corrective exercise specialist working with everyone from elite athletes and golfers to everyday fitness enthusiasts who simply want to feel strong and capable.

What drives me most is connection. I believe fitness isn’t just about the body—it’s about meeting people where they are and guiding them with a personalized, integrative approach. I hope to be source of information, encouragement, fierce support, and joy. Providing tools that help people not only get stronger and perform better, but also feel healthier, more confident, and more resilient in everyday life.

On a personal note, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in October of 2024. I’ve gone through major surgery and preventative procedures and know the challenges of recovery firsthand. That experience gave me a deep empathy for anyone navigating health concerns or life-changing diagnoses. I know what it feels like to rebuild, to heal, and to want your body to feel like yours again. And it’s why I believe so strongly that fitness should adapt to your needs, no matter where you are on your journey.

I hold a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and am a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Golf Fitness Specialist. Along the way, I’ve also collected the following certifications: AFAA Group Fitness, AFPA Pilates, Precision Nutrition, Stick Mobility, and my personal favorite, Fascial Stretch Therapy (Level 2) with Frederick Stretch Training at the world class Stretch to Win Institute.

All of this—my background, my training, and my personal experiences—comes together in one mission: to help you move better, feel stronger, achieve excellence, and live with more freedom in your body.
